Keeping You A Secret

I just finished Keeping You A Secret by Julie Anne Peters. This was the first book in my to be read pile for the Bout of Books Read-a-thon that I am participating in. I had read it quite a while ago but for some reason I stopped, I had been dragged down into a reading slump, and I left the book with two chapters unread. I absolutely adored this wonderful book. It was my first ever lesbian novel, if you will call it that I guess. The characters were really relatable and I loved the romance that bloomed between Holland and Cece and the real life struggles that they went through as a couple. The ending was a perfect wrap up to their adventures because it left me kind of empty to be leaving such well thought out characters. I wanted to see what happened after the fact, but as stand alones, this one is near the top of the list of my favorites.
